These terms apply to orders placed on this website. Please read them before you order. If you have any questions, email us at abbieparis7@gmail.com.
1. About us
This website is run by Plane Skin. Our address is 12 Elizabeth Road, London. E6 1BP. You can contact us at abbieparis7@gmail.com.
2. Who these terms are for
These terms are for consumers buying for personal use and having their order delivered to a UK address. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3. Our products
- The Hydration Kit is our own selection of travel-size skincare from third-party brands, packed with our printed boarding pass and pouch. Unless we clearly say otherwise, Plane Skin is not affiliated with, sponsored by or partnered with those brands.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what’s shown.
- Each product’s full ingredient list is on its own packaging and on the brand’s website. Please check ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
- Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and aren’t intended to treat or prevent any medical condition.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, we’ll send an email to acknowledge it. This doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order yet. The contract between us starts when we email to confirm we’ve accepted it. We’ll usually do this shortly after you order.
If we can’t accept your order — for example because of a pricing error, or because we can’t deliver to your address — we’ll tell you and won’t charge you, or we’ll refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where VAT applies.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken when you place your order, including for pre-orders. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- If we discover an obvious pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Pre-orders
- Pre-order products show an expected dispatch date. This is our best estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- If the date moves, we’ll email you. You can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.
- You can cancel a pre-order for any reason at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
- If we’re unable to supply a pre-ordered product, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, prices and estimated times are on our Shipping & returns page and at checkout. The goods are your responsibility once they’ve been delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we’ve received full payment.
8. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it, without giving a reason. Full details of how to cancel and how refunds work are on our Shipping & returns page.
This right doesn’t apply to items sealed for hygiene reasons once you’ve unsealed them after delivery, unless they’re faulty.
9. If something is wrong with your order
We’re required by law to provide goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. In particular:
- Up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, you can get an immediate refund.
- Up to six months: if your item can’t be repaired or replaced, you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.
- Up to six years: if your item doesn’t last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
This is a summary of your key legal rights, which are not affected by these terms. For detailed information, visit the Citizens Advice website or call 0808 223 1133.
10. Using the products
Please follow the instructions on each product, patch-test new products, and stop using any product that causes irritation. The order of the steps on our boarding pass is a suggestion, not medical or dermatological advice.
11. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We’re not responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable. We only supply products for domestic and private use, so we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
12. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays outside our control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. If one affects your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If there’s a long delay, you can cancel and we’ll refund you for anything you’ve paid for but haven’t received.
13. Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem, please email abbieparis7@gmail.com first — most things can be sorted out quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
